Lake Shore GSMD Club hosted their first Swissy only weight pull.

9 Swissies pulled on Saturday, March 3rd!

The honor of Most Weight Pulled went to "Ralph" owned by Huck Bothner. Ralph pulled 2,140 pounds (earned a leg toward weight pull title).
Most Weight Pulled Per Body Pound went to "Gypsy" owned by the Sterling Family. Gypsy pulled 1,740 pounds which was 17.75% of her body weight (earned a leg toward weight pull title).

Swissies pulling on Saturday were:
"Greta" owned by the Fisk Family,
"Lilly" owned by the Brown Family, (earned a leg toward weight pull title),
"Jack" owned by the Schmidt Family,
"Echo" owned by the Halleckson Family,
"Dreamer" owned by the Sterling Family,
"Rex" owned by the Bothner Family,
"Zurich" owned by the Ruehl Family.

7 Swissies Pulled on Sunday, March 4th!

The honor of Most Weight Pulled and Most Weight Pulled Per Body Pound  went to "Gypsy" owned by the Sterling Family. Gypsy pulled 1,980 pounds which was 20.2 % of her body weight (earned a leg toward weight pull title).

"Maggie" owned by the Sterling Family,
"Anet" owned by the Halleckson and Rhinehart Families,
"Shadow" owned by the Merel Family,

"Rex" owned by the Bothner Family.

This pull used the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America Rules and Regulations. GSMDCA judges Karen Becker and Michael Reddin were in attendance. New GSMDCA judges Karen Brown, Vincent Brown and Huck Bothner were also working the event!

Best of Breed Puppy: Rina's Gottardo Brush Creek, owned by Robert and Lisa Forbis.
Best of Opposite Sex Puppy: Bermudahi's Pillage N Plunder, owned by Pamela & Charles Kalupa and Joann Schmidt.

Best of Breed Adult: Lindi V. Ferrenberg, owned by Joann & Frank Schmidt and Pam Kalupa.
