On September 21, 2002 our Swissies meet Sheep! The weather was great and the dogs lived up to their abilities as "working dogs". Many of our dogs got their first experience with sheep and some had an extensive lesson on herding and will continue to take lessons.

The following Swissies earned their first leg towards their AHBA HCT title:

• BlueGrass Dakota Moon owned by the Moskos Family;
• WeatherVanes Northern Wind owned by the Thiry Family;
• Ch. Suddanly-BC-OSH Easter Anet owned by the Halleckson Family;
• Ch. Apple Blossom’s New Flower owned by Tiffany Mebay; and
• Ch. BlueGrass Carpenter’s Timber owned by the Deddo Family.

The following Swissy earned her second leg and her AHBA HCT Title:

• Ch. Shadetree’s Perpetual Motion, CGC, TT, HCT owned by the Hansen Family.

Congratulations to all these hard working dogs! Thanks to our judges Sharol & Sean Hathaway and the High Reaches Farm Sheep! Our club will offer this event again in 2003.
